As a Game Customer Support, you will be the frontline of E-Guardian Philippines by providing quality and top-notch customer service to clients (gamers) of a popular movie-based game. ROLE OVERVIEW:
E-Guardian Philippines Inc. is seeking a Company Nurse to assist its employees with health-related concerns such as, but not limited to basic diagnostics and health assessments; first-aid treatments; and promotion of employee wellness. To be fit for the role, one must be experienced in various medical settings and possess the following: empathy, physical endurance, interpersonal skills, and is emotionally stable to work in a multinational BPO industry.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate pre-employment and regular health assessments in-company or in collaboration with external diagnostic facilities
- Perform thorough nursing assessments, including but not limited to health history, medication and substance history, vital signs, physical exam, pain levels, level of consciousness, and psychological state
- Administer first aid treatments and provide or recommend emergency over-the-counter medication to Employees as needed, monitoring their condition as needed
- Accompany and assist Employees to the nearest emergency room or medical facilities
- Utilize therapeutic nursing communication in dealing with Employees in crisis
- Roll out hazard prevention initiatives, such as control of disease or contamination in the workplace
- Provide guidance to Employees on proper nutrition, sleep, hygiene, physical activity, stress management, and lifestyle modification
- Educate Employees on prevailing diseases acquired in and out of the workplace, focusing on prevention, control, and support
- Maintain medical records of employees and uphold the highest degree of confidentiality, non-discrimination and professionalism, and integrity at all times

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ensures the success of day-to-day 24 x 7 monitoring and response activities of the Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Monitor and Analyze Networks traffic, Incident Response, Implement organization-wide security best practices, Prepare Reports, Assist in the monitoring company compliance, Facilitate Penetration Testing and Perform varied security assignments.

JAPANESE WEB SUPPORT SPECIALIST (Non-voice)
A Japanese Web Support Specialist shall be responsible to keep the internet safe, secure and accessible for its users by providing a variety of web solutions and services.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform various web support tasks including but not limited to customer support, web monitoring, text and image filtering, content management on various websites and platforms, data entry and analytics, internet advertising management, and other similar and/or related assignments;
- Perform administrative tasks including but not limited to accomplishing timesheets, expense reports, and progress summaries and reports within the timeframe designed by Management
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has at least completed 2nd year college education, in any field of study
- Prior relevant work experience is not required
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Regularly plays at least one mobile game, preferably RPG (preferred) – For Gaming Account

Background in back-office operations, particularly web support, ads monitoring, data encoding and verifying will be valuable.
The Operations Supervisor lead must have native fluency of the Japanese language to effectively carry out client communication as well as to build and maintain harmonious client relations. Agility, creativity, confidence, and flexibility to work in a start-up multi-cultured environment are a must.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Stakeholder Management:
Develop and nurture effective and collaborative relationships with Japanese stakeholder clients
Analyze business requirements and service level agreements from clients, and implement these to the Operations Team promptly and consistently
