DIRECTOR

A graduate of Acoustic Art College and took up Audio Technology, he successfully made his way to the corporate world of BPO Industry as a contractual rank and file employee, now he is the Director of E-Guardian Philippines Inc., a subsidiary of E-Guardian Inc. in Japan.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Born and raised in Saitama, Japan, he graduated from Sophia University in Tokyo finishing up his Bachelor Degree in Foreign studies. A true wanderer himself, he explored his career in other countries by volunteering in a Non Government Organization(s) until he landed in the Philippines where he fell in love with the country. He is now the Operations Manager of E-Guardian Philippines. He is currently furthering his field of study at the University of the Philippines where he is taking up his Masteral degree in Anthropology.

HR AND GA MANAGER

A pioneer of AB Psychology at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa. Graduated from the year 2007, she started her career in the BPO industry on the same year as an agent of a financial BPO. She ventured her way to being on the Human Resources team by 2011 and worked her way up the ladder. Now, she is a Manager of Human Resources and General affairs of E-Guardian Philippines team.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an Accredited CPA in Commerce and Industry. Graduated from Lyceum of The Philippines University and started his career as a Tax Associate in one of the Top 4 Auditing Firms in the Country. He decided to transfer work in order to expand his knowledge not just in Taxation but also in Auditing and Management Accounting. After accumulating years of experience in the field of Public Accounting, he decided to pursue his career in the Private Sector. Now he is the Assistant Accounting Manager of E-Guardian Philippines Inc

JAPANESE SUPERVISOR

Ayana is a Hosei University alumna with a bachelor’s degree in Faculty in Sociology. She joined E-Guardian Inc. in Japan in 2018, where she worked as a Supervisor in the Kumamoto Center for three years before being transferred to E-Guardian Philippines last 2021.

JAPANESE SUPERVISOR

Been in the Philippines since 2017, Kai started his career in another BPO company but decided to move forward and be part of E-Guardian Philippines Inc., as a supervisor from 2020 and have been with us since then. He is an alumni of Kyoto Sangyo University and took up Bachelor of Faculty of Law.

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

An Alumna of STI College San Pablo Batch 2005 with the course of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Has worked in the BPO industry from 2009 when the Japan Global Crisis hit the country and affected her previous career. From then on she strived her best to grow professionally, from Agent to Trainer to Assistant TL to Team Lead to Operations Supervisor. She was Green Belt Six Sigma trained and is a Lean Strategy Certified.
