In its second year, E-Guardian Philippines Inc. (EGP) shared its blessings this Christmas through a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) event held on December 20 at San Pedro Calungsod Parish in Muntinlupa City. Once again, EGP joined hands with TeamAsia for their outreach campaign, My Dream in a Shoebox (MDIAS), benefiting the children of Southville 3 in Muntinlupa City.

About My Dream in a Shoebox

Since 2009, TeamAsia and IBPAP (Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines) have been hosting the MDIAS program to address the need for school supplies among Filipino children. The program aims to support children in chasing their dreams for a brighter future.

In MDIAS’ 10th year, EGP, together with other “Dream Builders” from various companies and industries, prepared over 200 sets of school supplies wrapped in shoeboxes as gifts for the children of Southville 3.

Event Highlights

The team of San Pedro Calungsod Parish warmly welcomed TeamAsia and the Dream Builders. Select volunteers from the parish expressed their gratitude through a dance and song performance. The event created a joyful and festive atmosphere, making December 20 a truly blessed day for everyone who participated.

Through this outreach, each Dream Builder helped achieve the program’s mission: to provide Filipino children with the tools and inspiration to pursue their dreams and have a brighter future.

This CSR activity reflects EGP’s commitment to giving back to the community and fostering hope and happiness among children. Every contribution, big or small, played a part in making the day a success and spreading the true spirit of Christmas.
